NACG will be at Highland Valley Copper mine doing the following work:
Shift: 7 days on 7 days off - 11.5 hour days
Overtime will only be paid if you work over your regularly scheduled shift of 12 hours, all employees are required to sign an averaging agreement to state that they agree to the overtime rules.
